Job Openings
There are two agency opportunities currently available in QLD.
Agency 1: Gold Coast
Area Coverage: This agency will be responsible for servicing the greater Gold Coast areas covering from Stapylton/Yatala in the north to Coolangatta/Tweed Head in the south of the Gold Coast and surrounding suburbs between these two points. Deliver the picked-up boxes to the Forex Cargo warehouse at Inala when required.
Agency 2: North Brisbane
Area Coverage: This agency will be responsible for servicing customers north of the Brisbane River from Caboolture in the north to Bardon/Paddington/North Brisbane and surrounding suburbs between these two points.
Responsibilities:
● Provide excellent customer service to clients in the Gold Coast area.
● Assist customers with their shipping needs, including packing, documentation, and processing.
● Coordinate pickups and deliveries to ensure timely and accurate service.
● Promote our services within the community to attract new customers.● Maintain records of transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
● Deliver the picked up boxes to the Forex Cargo warehouse at Inala when required.
Requirements:
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
● Familiarity with the Gold Coast area and willingness to travel locally.
● Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
● Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
