We want to let you know that we have been reinforcing our efforts to ensure that your Forex Balikbayan Boxes are delivered to your loved ones before Christmas. In addition to this, to help manage the logistical challenges caused by COVID and any delays caused by the on-going community quarantine in some areas in the Philippines, we are moving our Christmas Cut-off Dates a little earlier than usual.
Shipping cut-off dates are the latest dates that your Balikbayan Boxes should be received at our Sydney warehouse and we highly advise you to schedule a pick-up or send your boxes to our warehouses ahead of the cut-off date.
